Why we love this Wine
A savoury Pinot Noir from Southern Burgundy of bright, tart cherries, leather and darker fruits. Whole bunch fermentation and aged for 9 months in old burgundy barrels, made without fining, filtration or added sulphur. From a 2ha lieu-dit (historic vineyard) named ‘Vignes Blanches’.
