Frisky little thing, with bright blue fruits, delicate green tannins and juicy acidity. Precisely as you'd expect in classic Chinon. At harvest, the fruit was handpicked by night, ensuring fermentation commenced at a controlled low temp. Grapes sorted manually and destemmed. The pretty purity of this wine owes a lot to the winemaker's expert touch. Simply charming.
