Why we love this Wine

Côtes d'Auxerre, an appellation in Burgundy, has developed a reputation for overdelivering on value. For its price, you'd be hard pushed to find higher quality Pinot Noir than this, which contains fruit from six different allotments across the Domaine D'Edouard estate. This is vibrantly red, with fine velvety texture and earthy undertones. Fresh and sweet, with morello cherry brightness, and grippy texture owed to a majority of whole bunches in the ferment. A firecracker Pinot Noir, and a far cry from our local styles.
