Why we love this Wine
Another incredible find from the Domaine De Montbourgeau lineup. On those holy limestone marl soils in the Jura, some of these Chardonnay vines are 100 years old. Lots of lees contact and obvious oxidative characters but not pushed all the way down that path. Loaded with minerality, intensity and saltiness. Fresh as this style gets.
