Why we love this Wine
Like the name suggests, this is zero-added SO2 wine from the outskirts of Châteauneuf du Pâpe. While trophy chasers are paying attention to some Philippe Bravay’s wines, these drink-now table wines are where the fun is at. Wild yeasts and destemmed. Slight reduction on the nose. Black cherry fruit and a cool, pure core.
