Why we love this Wine
Savoie-faire, if you will. Roussette is one of the Savoie region's characteristic grapes; a crisp, dry, minerally white that delivers time and time again. Lemony kick follows a floral nose. Ed Peter, of Yarra Yering fame, has his fingerprints all over this, which makes sense. This might be a French wine born, but with its shattering refreshment factor, it feels purpose-built to cut through an Aussie summer day. BYO shrimp, barbie, etc.
