Why we love this Wine

Additions at a minimum, but winemaking that does the most. This hand harvested Chardonnay sprung from the ancient hills of the Côtes d’Auxerre. Some gentle oxidative nuttiness brings an added dimension to notes of ripe stone fruit, citrus, fragrant florals and a lush creaminess. A moreish acidity ties everything together in a nice, neat bow. All lemony goodness and lovely times.
