Welcome back to Burgundy. Between the Mâconnais and Fuissé, Olivier Giroux’s Saint-Philibert estate rises from exceptional soils. No stranger to extended time on lees, this Organic Mâconnais Chardonnay from Mâcon-Loché wraps fresh lemon juice, blossom and just picked pears in a creamy cuddle, while those soils impart the unparalled liveliness of fresh gravel, and a dash of salt.
