Why we love this Wine
Blanc de Blancs of Bourgogne, a light but memorable fizz with a pronounced bubble. With a little toasty brioche, almond aromas and green apple freshness, this is a slightly creamy sparkling wine with the finesse to stand proudly next to any Champagne. Highly celebratory, made with 100% Chardonnay and the traditional method, fermented to the point of dryness.
