Why we love this Wine
Not quite purple, not quite blue, the Indigo Syrah Grenache is a tightly coiled curveball of a wine that opens up dramatically when given a little breathing room. Layers of complexity; cassis and dark fruit depth, licorice and… something else? Brambles? Boot polish? Violets? It’s on the tip of our tongue, deliciously so. Vinified ‘en cuve fermée’, aged in stainless.
