Gros Manseng, grown primarily in South-West France, dominates this blend alongside rarely seen grape Lauzet. Two distinctive white grapes in a union that showcases the intensity of each. Cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks with partial malolactic conversion, then matured five months on lees. Think citrus and spice, with a full, luscious mouthfeel. Fruity, fresh and zipping with energy.
