Birds chirping, dolphins flipping. This is energetic, fruit forward Cab Franc that jumps out at us even amid the sea of quality the Loire Valley houses. Brightly purple, with fresh, crunchy blueberries and a dry, savoury finish. A biodynamic conversion success story at Bruno Dubois, but we just come for the yum.
