With organic farming and natural vinification since 2003, Sébastien Bobinet and Eméline Calvez produce pure, healthy and delicate wines. Seriously, think horse-drawn carts, old barriques, a salute to the past. Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley, unfined and unfiltered, vibrant and blossoming. Finishing with stoney mineral characteristics of the Saumur terroir. Humbling.
