Why we love this Wine
It drinks easier than it is pronounced, so if you can't wrap your lips around the syllables don't despair. Here's a few more: Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu, Elegante and Syrah in the blend, all harvested at optimal ripeness in the first week of September. Richly textured and complex, vinified in clay jars with the lees stirred through daily. Great balance of acid, and beautiful length.
