Why we love this Wine
Fit for a hero, this is Riesling of Alsace kept modern and uber-drinkable. Light, bright apple and pear top notes, but with some deeper, more savoury toasted flavours also. Sesame, peanut and some stony minerals in the mix. Characteristic Riesling citrus zing. Effortlessly good stuff from two young winemakers who aren't afraid to experiment.
