Pinot Blanc meets Auxerrois, and the combo is every bit as intriguing as it sounds. Dry minerals and mid palate texture provide a perfect backdrop for springtime orchard fruits; pears, apples, peaches. There's freshly churned butted on the nose and a little white blossom— a wholesome farmhouse of a wine, biodynamic to boot. Crispy!
