A Loire that's hard not to adore. Deux Moulins's Pinot is fermented for 6 months in steel and aged for just as long. Light, powerful and pretty with juicy fruits at the forefront. Berries and cherries blend with a light minerality (schist-rich soils doing a good thing). Chill it down, or drink as is. Ce bon.
