Nero d’Avola picked early to give extra crunch with a six hour soak on skins after crush to add colour and texture. We love this rosé (mi scusi, rosato) as it gives a spectrum of savoury and sweet flavours, ranging from opulent strawberries and cream to crushed herbs, making it as intriguing as it is refreshing.
