Jaybird is a skinsy friend that won’t alienate the novices. Kept fresh by pressing off Chardonnay off skins, body and oomph are delivered by the Vermentino, Malvasia and Arinto, each fermented on skins until dry before malolactic fermentation. Pink grapefruit, lemon and lychee, orange blossom and moreish brine = A long, fruity and floral detonation to please the masses.
