Why we love this Wine
Red and wriggling, this is a live one. Blackberry pie and sour cherries, with a little zappy acid that will reward chill time if you're so inclined. Darling Dolcetto (70%, 20% whole bunch) from King Valley joins Zibbibo (30%). They hang out on skins for a fortnight. It's very pretty. We like it very much. Pretty Much.
