Why we love this Wine
Contemplate this— plush raspberries and cherries, with soft, silky vanilla. A balancing, earthy note beneath it all, savoury mushrooms. A little, slightly tangy note in the mid-palate, like the puckering skin of a plum. From the Mediterranean Pays d’Oc region in the South of France, we'd serve alongside a light, lazy dinner and call it a day.
