Guzzle, guzzle, toil and trouble… Here’s a delightful lo-fi doozy with plenty of charm and the smarts to back it. Whitfield, King Valley fruit, for starts.30% whole bunch has it flying out the glass with strawberry and raspberry, while racking to old barrels let its forest floor and underlying savouriness develop naturally. Great balance of bright and brood.
