Summer drinking? Top up? Coming from quality farming and thoughtful winemaking, why wouldn’t you? This zesty, dry rose is Tempranillo (80%), Cabernet (10%) Pinot Noir (10%), both from the organic Peters Creek Vineyard in the high outskirts of McLaren Vale. Whole bunch pressed, natural ferment in tank, a little sulphur at bottling. Keep in your pantry.
