Why we love this Wine
Daniel Bouland, he’s good. Under that gentle reduction the nose reveals fresh black cherries and blueberries, roses and fennel. Crunchy and bright cherry fruits with a long, chalky finish. A beautiful expression of the Beaujolais, between Morgon and Fleurie, at around 400 metres above sea level, and some of the highest vineyards in the area.
