Why we love this Wine
Darcy Chiswell (we_see what you did there) hasn't over-egged the pudding in turning out this bright, friendly carbonic Shiraz. Just quality McLaren Vale fruit (Regenerative Organic Certified) fermented with a hands-off approach. Pale as a Pinot Noir, by restraining some of Shiraz's characteristic heft its possible to appreciate some of the fruit's subtler notes: rosehip, currant and something a little greener and more twiggy. Natty and nice (very).
