Why we love this interesting drink

Cucielo di Torino comes out of Torino Distillati, a Moncalieri outfit making vermouth since 1906, just south of Turin. Italian wine base, naturally sourced botanicals, nothing overcomplicated. Green apple, elderflower, vanilla, a hit of bitter orange and dried cherry underneath. Sweet without tipping into syrup, herbal without going medicinal. Over ice is the move. Forget everything you thought you knew about the bottle gathering dust behind the gin.
