We don't recommend this wine, we recommend 4-6 weeks in Piemonte. IF you can't do that, then this is what we recommend. Grignolino is essential Piemonte drinking, with Nebbiolo-esque tannins, and this has strong peppery aromas that gets mouths watering well before the first sip.
