Why we love this Wine
An anacronym of after the families who founded this estate in 1980: (Giambattista) Cilia, (Giusto) Occhipinti and (Cirino) Strano, this is classic COS, as always. Organic and biodynamic farming, large 150-litre terracotta amphoras, fresh and vibrant. Black cherry, dried Mediterranean herbs, limestone minerals, and integrated acidity. It’s singing from the hills.
