Why we love this Wine
Tbh you had us at ‘COS’ and ‘Frappato’. An iconic collective of Italian producers, working with this magical grape, needing no introduction. This time they’ve delivered it in a sparkling wine, fermented and aged in amphora. Pale pink, strawberries and raspberries in the nose, florals and rhubarb. A cherry palate of minerality and freshness. ‘Spumante’ made very cool here. Complex and high-toned drinking.
