Why we love this Wine
Iconic nero d'avola and frappato from Sicily's SE corner and the Cilia/Occhipinti/Strano estate, it’s a wander though this sun-kissed island. With light to dark cherries, raspberry and currants, so fresh and herbaceous. A little leather, a little tannin, all elegance and savouriness. Gentle oak for 12 months for a thing of beauty, like its bottle.
