Why we love this Wine

COS are the much-admired and sought-after producer of some of Sicily’s finest wines from around Vittoria in the south of Italy’s sun-drenched island. Here, it’s a red blend of Nero d’Avola and Frappato; soulful with a captivating aromatic profile and a gorgeous pure, savoury flow across the palate. These little beauties take a wee chill in the fridge too so don’t be afraid to pop it in for 30 mins or so.
