Corzano e Paterno sits on nutrient-rich Tuscan hills, where the Gelpke family produce sheep cheese, olive oil and Tuscan wine from restored vineyards. This Toscana Rosso blends hand-harvested Sangiovese, Merlot and Cab Sauv. Kept apart until the time was right. Preserving a vibrancy, and showing off bright fruit with a pre-fermentation cold soak for nine days before naturally fermenting in stainless steel. A bottle for all occasions.
