Why we love this Wine
Psst… cult wine from Eduard Tscheppe and Stephanie Tscheppe-Eselböck. It comes from Vineyard Wimmer, a 13-hectare estate near Lake Neusiedl in Burgenland. The Atanasius is a blend of zweigelt and blaufrankisch, beautiful bedfellows. From gravel and limestone soil, destemmed and fermented in 500L and 1200L barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, without sulphur. Glorious.
