Why we love this Wine
Steve Crawford heads to the Clare Valley (where else!!??) to source his grapes for this particular little beauty. We’re talkin slow, oxidative handling, wild fermentation, full solids and a very hands-off lo-fi approach here, for a smooth, textural take on what we reckon is Australia’s most under-valued grape variety. Limey and spice-laden with a vivid acid line and just the right amount of funk. Sizzling!
