Why we love this Wine
Cannonau vines cover most of Sardinia’s (dry and hot) grape growing regions. It’s elegant, it’s bright. It has tannin, and just a sliver of acidity. Think bold blackberry and blood plum with a pomegranate-like acidity; forest fruits sitting sensibly alongside a gentle earthiness and warm spice. Do as the Sardinians do. Pour liberally.
