Why we love this Wine
It takes a community to raise a bottle, they say. We like it, and the Buttons live it, bottling on site at their ‘Fernglen’ home. Grown at 600m altitude and with just 600 bottles produced, this small yield was picked late and macerated on skins for four days pre-ferment, before six months in stainless steel. Textural, zesty and friendly.
