Why we love this Wine

It does what it says and says what is it. A pretty fun drink. This playful, vibrant fizz blends Chardonnay and Pinot Gris grapes from the Adelaide Hills to form an expression of the sun and soil (alluvial) that is both unfiltered and unrefined. This wine is both crunchy and textural with a creamy mousse on opening, that delivers on the peach and pear notes that are synonymous with Pinot Gris. Perfect beach party wine, chill it down and drink it straight from the bottle!
