Why we love this Wine
Proper rosé from 100% estate Nebbiolo. The result of an early-pick experiment, it was aged on full lees for eleven months. So, expect great varietal complexity, racy acidity, and beautiful tannins. Yes we’re still talking about rosé. It’s a fancy one.
