Why we love this Wine
A real treat for Rosé lovers. Made with Nero d’Avola and Syrah harvested on the same day at different levels of ripening for added complexity. A six-month elevage in foudre and some lees stirring just scratch the surface on what’s a lotta winemaking for a Rosé, really. Worth it: the commune deliver texture, ripe complexity and refreshing acid for days.
