Why we love this Wine

A selection of Piccadilly Valley fruit (The Cemetery Block vineyard and the Deanery vineyard) in open top 2000L jarrah fermenters. In any lineup of great Adelaide Hills bistro wines, this always goes in. Red fruits and lively acid. A little tannin says you could buy a second one for later. Why not?
