Why we love this Wine
The traditional strain of Malvasia shows a tight bunch and aromatic-inducing thick skins, while its cousin the 'Candia' strain is a looser bunched beauty with a more delicate grape. Co-fermenting the two yields a beautifully balanced style with the best characteristics of each. Direct-pressed, vinified in stainless without temp control for ten days. A versatile white, green and flinty, with lychee on the nose. Big yum.
