Why we love this Wine
Fizz fantastico, an effervescent ode to Burgundian terroir. Crisp and clean on the palate with vibrant citrus and summer stonefruit. The Charmat process has been used, giving a fine bead and the gentlest mousse. Pale butter yellow in the glass, with green apple, stone-fruit and brioche on the nose. 100% Chardonnay for the brightest, briskest Blanc de Blanc.
