Cobaw Ridge are one of the stars of Victoria’s Macedon Ranges and we are particularly enamoured with the wonderful chardonnays that come from the estate's high-altitude, biodynamically-farmed vineyards. Detail and precision writ large with a beautiful, textural fruit profile, impressive tension between fruit and acidity, crackling with minerality and a fine-boned, focused line.
