Artfully aromatic Brouilly Gamay that finds its happy place between aged Burgundy barrels and stainless steel, arresting florals and tart red fruit - with an edge of funk that softens into something slyly smashable. It’s youthful, lifted, “accidentally finished it” drinking by former restauranteurs Sylvie & Thierry Klok-de Visser.
