Why we love this Wine
Drawn from five vineyards in the Hilltops district around the South Western Slopes of New South Wales, the 2019 was a low yielding year, but meant what was harvested was intense and rich. The winemaker's commented the fruit is some of the darkest colour and blackest fruit character they've seen from the region. In traditional Shiraz terms, this is a very good thing. It translates to the glass, with rich, concentrated and dark fruits layered with Shiraz's hallmark tannin structure. A bold and powerful drink for now, or one to look back on in years to come for those with patience.
