Merlettaie means 'lace' in the local Italian dialect, giving a tip of the hat to both the historic industry of Offida as well as this Pecorino's elegant floral character. Gently pressed from some of the best quality biodynamic fruit in Marche, and aged on lees in quality Slavonian oak for a fleshy texture. Stunning stonefruit and event a hint of persimmon and yellow grapefruit. A golden drop with all the frills.
