Renowned drinking from Austria and vineyards planted on sandy gravel, schist, and limestone soils. In the same family for 4 generations, this is their specialty production, juice fermented in a large single barrel. That’s all. Indigenous yeast, no racking and no added sulphur. A beautifully textural and aromatic ride with impressive minerality.
