Why we love this Wine
Christian Moreau, a venerable figure in Chablis circles (where are these circles, and how do we join?) partnered here with winemaking son Fabien. Produced in limited quantities, for once a wine that actually tastes of green grapes, alongside Tahitian lime and quinine. There's a little whiff of something unusual on the nose, kerosene perhaps. Enough for interest, far from overpowering. Juicy.
