Jean-Marie Guffens blends Syrah with Cabernet, leaving it overnight on the dry pressings of old-vine Grenache for a quirky dash of extra colour, fruit and structure. With a lovely freshness that comes of concrete aging, this is bright and potent, brimming with pepper, spice and cherries. Endlessly drinkable, dangerously finishable.
