Why we love this Wine
The base of this wine is just really, beautiful fruit. Garnet red, though tasting very much of black fruits, there's a little toastiness here that conjures wintry berry cobblers, though firm, silken tannins and dramatic length on the palate make this so much more than dessert. This is the perfumed mid-weight chameleon that will follow you anywhere; serve alongside dishes that call for vibrant lift— simple pastas, roasts, bangers n mash.
